In the current market, high-grade packaging boxes are three-dimensional type, which not only takes large volume, high transportation cost, but also easily cause deformation damage by extrusion during transportation.In view of this situation, our company cooperated with Zhejiang university for school-enterprise cooperation, according with the actual needs of users, adopted new craft to design the two sides of the three-dimensional box into collapsible boards with flexibility, and developed the ZDH-700 collapsible box making machine.

一、Paper Feeder
Function Description:
Adopts a professional automatic paper feeder, supporting high-speed continuous feeding. Easy to adjust, stable operation, ensuring precise and deviation-free paper delivery.
Configuration:
Equipped with servo motor drive + photoelectric sensor (e.g., Germany Leuze photoelectric components), supporting double-sheet and skew detection.
二、Gluing Unit
Function Description:
Adopts rubber + stainless steel roller structure for uniform glue application with significant glue saving. Equipped with a constant temperature heating system to maintain glue fluidity, preventing paper sticking or uneven glue coating.
Configuration:
Japan Panasonic temperature controller + Taiwan AirTac pneumatic actuators. Adjustable glue amount, suitable for different face paper weights (100–200g).
三、Registration System
Function Description:
Adopts a high-precision vision positioning system (with industrial camera + image processing algorithm) to capture the position of cardboard/face paper in real time. Combined with a robotic arm for automatic board feeding, achieving precise grasping and positioning.
Core Technology:
Suitable for complex structure folding box side wing registration.
Vision positioning + servo correction, positioning accuracy up to ±0.25mm.
Robotic arm board feeding, fast speed, high stability, significantly reducing manual intervention.
Improves overall production efficiency and product consistency, reducing waste rate, ensuring stable batch production quality.
Configuration:
Germany Leuze photoelectric sensor + vision camera + Inovance/ESTUN servo motor + robotic arm
四、Edge Wrapping Unit
Function Description:
Adopts a plate-clamping and pressing structure for tight edge wrapping with smooth, burr-free edges. Supports long edge pressing function, adaptable to different product sizes.
Configuration:
Mechanical pressing structure + cylinder drive (Taiwan AirTac / Japan CKD pneumatic components). Edge wrapping speed synchronized with the main line.
五、Pressing & Flattening Unit
Function Description:
Equipped with a secondary pressing structure to reduce bubbles and improve bonding strength. Also equipped with a light pressing machine to further enhance the flatness and surface finish of the finished product.
Configuration:
Multi-stage pressure rollers + vacuum adsorption platform, with adjustable pressure in stages.
六、Collection & Stacking Unit
Function Description:
Automatic stacking and output of finished products + pushing mechanism, supporting continuous stacking, reducing manual intervention.
